City Palace
The majestic white City Palace located in the heart of Udaipur was originally built by Maharana Udai Singh of the Sisodia Rajput clan and extended to its present form by subsequent Maharanas. Built in granite and marble and surrounded by crenellated fort walls, the largest palace complex in Rajasthan stands on a crest overlooking the Pichola Lake.

Jagdish Temple
Built in 1651 AD by Maharana Jagat Singh, this indo-Aryan temple is the largest and most beautiful temple of Udaipur located within easy walking distance from the Palace gate.

Saheliyon Ki Bari
Garden of the maids of Honour "This small ornamental garden was a popular relaxing spot where royal ladies came for a stroll and hence the name. The garden has many fountains in its four delightful pools, chiselled kiosks and marble elephants.

Fateh Sagar
A beautiful Lake, overlooked by number of hills on the three sides and the Pratap Memorail on the north was built by Maharana Fateh Singh.

Pichhola Lake
The picturesque lake that entranced Maharaja Udai Singh. It was later enlarged by the founder. The lake is surrounded by hills, palaces, temples bathing ghats and embankments .

Sajjangarh Fort
Also known as the fort of victory, Jaigarh Fort is a rugged structure built in 1726 by Sawai Jai Singh. It was the royal treasury for several years. The fort is perched on a cliff and is surrounded by huge battlements with inside walkways offering stunning views on all sides.

Pratap Memorial
At top the Moti Magri or Pearl hill, overlooking the Fateh Sagar Lake is the memorial of the Maharana Pratap with a bronze statue of the Maharana Pratap. Constructed By Maharana Fateh Singh.

Ahar
The ancient capital of Sisodias, 3 km from Udaipur, Ahar boasts of a profusion of royal cenotaphs of the rulers of Mewar. A rare collection of antiquities including earthen pots, iron objects and other art items excavated in the region are displayed in a small Govt. museum.

Crystal Gallery
The first floor museum overlooking the large DURBAR HALL, FATEH PRAKASH PALACE, Udaipur. Originally, this was the viewing gallery from where the ladies of the court used to watch special functions. Today it houses Mewar's famous CRYSTAL COLLECTION of furniture and objets d'art. A guided tour is available.
